How to get rid of cellulite?

Posted under cellulite natural by admin on Wednesday 28 October 2009

I heard that if you massage it, it will reduce the appearance. Can excercise help? I have been jump roping and doing lots of cardio. I don’t want to know about any creams, I want to do it the natural way. Anymore helpful tips?

you can’t get rid of cellulite completely, but cardio will help burn fat and strength training exercises will build muscle and reduce the appearance of it. Massage can probably help and maybe using a body scrub in the shower. I know you don’t want to know about any creams, but a cellulite cream will help your skin look tighter and smoother, and I wouldn’t say that using creams is unnatural.

  3. Drink at least 8oz of water a day and a three mile walk three x weekly.A tan helps disguise it!

  4. To get rid of cellulite you will have to turn that unsightly fat in muscle..which means more muscle training. If anyone thinks that just losing weight will help get rid of cellulite you are wrong…the cellulite will become more visible with weight loss. Your best bet is to turn the fat into muscle by weight training and drinking lots of water to flush out the toxins in your body. Whenever you get thirsty….. forget the sodas and the juices, pretend that water is the only beverage that exists and you’ll consume alot more….Take care

  5. Cellulite is pockets of excess fat that forms when there is an imbalance in the storage and elimination of fats, fluids, and toxins. Tough fibrous bonds form between fat and it is difficult to break up. This creates a dimpling, rippling effect and a loss of elasticity especially on the hip, thighs, buttocks, and abdomen.

i suggest you drink lots of water, avoid salty food, exercise
and try getting tan to camouflage the appearance of cellulite
