what r some of the better veggies to eat that will help remove cellulite?

My body sucks! I used to have toned legs & now they have turned to mush. Im 36 & I need some advice on proven foods & exercises that can help me get it back. I’ve waisted money already so now I need a free & natural cure

It is recommends that you should have at least 3 or more portion of fruits and 5 portions of vegetables daily. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also rich in trace minerals and B vitamins that are responsible in reconstructing new cells. They are great sources of liquid that your body needs. Some of the best fruits that you can incorporate in your daily diet are cantaloupe, banana, strawberries, grapes, pears, pineapples, and apples.
