I really want to look good in a bathing suit this summer. Even though I make myself feel bad about my body, I really am pretty happy with it except for one thing that drives me absolutely crazy–cellulite. I REALLY don’t want anyone to see it. I know there are creams to help with that, but that is really NOT what I’m looking for right now, because the effects stop working as soon as you stop with the cream. I’m young, so want to nip cellulite in the bud so it doesn’t get worse as I get older. Are there more natural ways to stop cellulite, any tricks or particular foods to eat or avoid? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Eat more veggies rather than meat.
And wipe wet ground coffee (from your coffee filter) on your cellulite prone areas (while you’re taking a shower).

You want to avoid water retention.
Shy away from any processed foods that are loaded with fat, nitrates and SALT.
Buy some Kelp drops at your local health food store and add 3 drops to each glass of drinking water through out the day. That will rev up your metabolism, burn fat and flush out toxins.
Here is an old French folk remedy for cellulite. It’s a form of Thermage. The treatment kills off fat cells and firms skin by stimulating collagen formation under the skin.
Fill a hot water bottle and place it on your cellulite pockets till the skin turns light pink. Run the tap as hot as it gets and fill up the bottle. You only need to raise the cellulite skin temperature to about 100 – 106 degrees for a few minutes.
This also works for belly flab.

there are many ways to reduce cellulite:
- avoid fast food and sodas
– massage your problem areas
– scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
– use a contrast shower
– Go for some body wrapping procedures.
