Preparation : Empty an entire package into a bowl and add entire bottle of gel. Mix the contents adding 2-3 teaspoons of water each time until a jelly-like paste is formed. Do not worry if you made the paste a bit thin. Just try to keep the paste approximately as thick as a normal tooth paste. The paste must be refrigerated preferably in an air-tight container.
