All Cellulite Solutions

Cellulite is a term that is used to describe fat deposits under the skin that outwardly give the skin a dimpled or orange-peel like appearance. Cellulite is most often seen in women because the fat is arranged in large chambers separated by columns of collagen fibers.
Fibrous strands of tissue connect your skin to deeper tissue layers, creating compartments of ordinary fat cells. When the fat cells increase in size, the compartments bulge and produce the dimpling appearance on your skin.
In overweight people excess fat is stuffed in these compartments causing them to bulge out. On the surface of the skin the bulging provides the dimply appearance of cellulite, especially in areas such as the hips, buttocks or thighs.
Oddly enough, cellulite is predetermined by genetics so even thin women can develop the appearance. Factors such as hormones, pregnancy, and aging may all attribute to the weakening of the collagen fibers to give the cellulite appearance.
Even people diagnosed as the “morbidly obese” are not necessarily genetically pre-disposed to cellulite and may display no symptoms at all.
It is important to note that even though it is unsightly, cellulite is normal for many women and some men as well. The dimpling appears to be less obvious when the subject has thicker skin which further enforces the genetic predisposition. As the body ages, the skin becomes thinner and there is nothing that can be done for that natural aging process.
Cures -& Treatment Options
If our research indicates that cellulite is not recognized as a disease, is there no such thing as a “cure?” We aren’t here to make that determination. That is something the reader should pursue for him or herself. Whether there is or is not a “cure”. there are various methods of treatment and we will endeavor to review them for you with an eye toward “Conquering Cellulite.”
All you need to do is begin a search for information about cellulite and you will find yourself bombarded with commercial messages. There are hundreds of sources all claiming to reduce or eliminate the ravages of cellulite, and “for only $xxxxx you too can rid yourself of this condition.”

  1. cellulite solutions?
    Hi guys

I am getting married in under 6 weeks and I want to reduce my cellulite by at least 70-80%. I have read about a few home remedies such as wraps, dry rubbing, juniper, drinking 8-10 glasses or water per day, exercising and diet can anyone tell me what really works, what has anyone used that works 100% that I can try?

  2. I really don’t think there’s any fool proof method. I would recommend leg-toning exercises for sure but most people don’t get the results they want without surgery. Good luck and congratulations.

  3. The best solution would be to work out & start dieting. You’ll need to work out to tone the areas & the dieting will help the extra pounds come off. If you start now & keep it up you’ll see results by your wedding day.

  4. I’m sorry to have to say it, but there isn’t really anything that works. There are all sorts of pills, creams, wraps, and treatments that claim to instantly and permanently remove cellulite, but for the most part they basically make the skin over the cellulite puff up so that it looks smoother. The only thing that really works is to lose virtually ALL the fat off of the area, but that’s not really a possibility. and if you do lose weight, it may get worse before it gets better. Because cellulite is uneven fat storage, losing some of the fat can increase the appearance of it if it doesn’t go evenly.

The truth is, most women have some cellulite, and if you do, there’s very little that you can do to fight it.

  5. You know what….I just saw something about cellulite on the Tyra Show. I know….totally random but if you go on her website they actually have suggestions. There’s a new line by neutrogena and the results I saw were great on the women on the show that had bad bad bad cellulite. You have to use the whole line with the patches, lotion, and the supplements.

  6. I found the following worked for me:

    Dry skin body brushing
    Cellulite massage
    Drink plenty of water
    Leg raises and squats

    See http://www.ridofcellulite.org for more info.

You’ll start noticing results after 4 weeks, so in 6 weeks time you’ll be feeling great.

Also eat a more natural diet over the next 6 weeks which will also help.

Best of luck! Enjoy your wedding day.

  7. First i wish you all the best with your marriage. Now to significantly reduce your cellulite you need to do 3 things. Exercise, change your diet a little and look at a cellulite cream. Doing one of these will do little to do help as they interlink and work together to reduce your cellulite.

First exercise. You need to exercise to tone the problem area and reduce the fat content in the fat cells where the cellulite is problem. You need perform exercises that target the cellulite area (cellulite on thighs you need to jog, squats, lunges even walking). You need to exercise minimum 3 times a week, these only have to be 30 min long. You also want to perform mostly cardiovascular exercises with some anaerobic to help tone the area.

With your diet you want to remove as much saturated fat from your diet and foods that are high in toxins. This means no take away foods and foods that are highly processed. It’s kind of like detoxing but not as hardcore, just eat more fresh fruits and vegetables make them a substitute for the bad snacks.

Lastly the cellulite cream. The cellulite cream is critical as it provides the body with the powerful nutrients needed to repair the damage the cellulite has caused. I know there a lot of creams out there that claim to be miracles, but one cream i had success with was from Revitol. Their cream was priced well and in conjunction with the exercise and changes in my diet the cellulite is no more.
you can see their product here at http://naturalskincaretreatments.com/

i wish all the best with the cellulite treatment and the marriage
