hi ya’ll! k so i have the EXACT same body type as kim kardashian. my only problem is that i have friggin love handles which i got about a year ago and my stomach is becoming quite disgusting looking
…so i’m asking how long do u think it wud take for me to have a body like her again if im fat right now?

i wanna lose about 10-12 pounds
It’s safe to only lose up to 2 pounds a week. So if you lost only 2 pounds a week, you could lose 8 pounds in a month. A month and a half you could lose 12 pounds, this is if you lose on average 2 pounds a week. Do sit ups, ride a bike, walk, run, jog, and jump rope to lose weight and to lose those love handles. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water.

they say love handles are the hardest things to lose so it might be a while but there some exercises that work especially for that.

Ok well first you need to find out you bmi(body mass index), Second do lots of sit ups. This is the most important thing you need to stand up for more than 4 hours a day, stand up erect will cause you body to use you abdominable muscles thus causeing you belly to shrink, also lots of sweating is necessary.

depends on how fat you are
If you try to loose weight you will very likely not loose more than one pound a week (eating 3500 kcal less a week) So, how many pounds do you wanna loose?
