I use that Palmer’s Coco butter and i heard Vitamin E might work too – i work out and drink water – i tend to have "it" in my bottom – how to get rid of it? Any natural remedies or lotion?

I exercise everyday plus I drink a ton of water but I still have a little bit of cellulite on my thighs. Are there any natural ways I can reduce or get rid of it?
