Cellulite progresses through four stages and the sooner you begin to treat it, the more success you will have. Personally, I saw a great reduction in my cellulite when I made lifestyle changes like giving up smoking and excessive alcohol. I started movement training to better mobilize my muscles. As I improved my lifestyle, I minimized my cellulite. (When I gain weight, it comes back, though not nearly to the same degree.) To repair cellulite, you need to strengthen and hydrate your body’s cells and the connective tissue in your body. Here’s what will help: Go on a home detox diet. This means eating lots of fruits and leafy greens. Make them organic when possible. Avoid junk food, diet soda, processed food and saturated fats such as butter and animal fats.Avoid toxins like excessive alcohol and cigarettes.Drink a lot of water to hydrate your body and flush out toxins. Eight to ten glasses a day are recommended.Brush your skin daily, preferably before bathing. The best is a Tampico Skin Brush (compare prices) made with natural agave plant fiber. This simple technique stimulates blood and lymph flow, removes dead skin cells and encourages new cell growth. (Skin brushing is also inexpensive. You can get a good quality body brush for $6-$8. Maintain your healthiest weight. • Finish your daily shower with a cold rinse to tone your skin.Take Glucosamine supplements (Buy Direct), which helps your body repair the dermis and connective tissue. Find a spa that specializes in treating cellulite. Spa Montage in Laguna Beach, one of the best resort spas in the country , has treatments that address cellulite, including Algae Cellulite Massage, Clay Body Sculpting to improve the skin’s appearance, and Manual Lymph Drainage.Bathe in a comfortable, warm (not too hot!) seaweed bath to re-mineralize and increase circulation, ideally three times a week. When the cellulite is severe, avoid high-pressure massage so as not to damage lymphatic function and micro-circulation. Also avoid high-impact exercise.Apply an essential oil blend designed to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems to the back of your knees and at the top of your thighs near your bikini line. Naturopathica Deep Forest Bath and Body Oil(compare prices) is a good one. While regular treatment cannot completely rid the body of cellulite, it can help prevent further deterioration of the tissues and reduce both pain and swelling.

What is a good way to reduce cellulite?
I exercise everyday plus I drink a ton of water but I still have a little bit of cellulite on my thighs. Are there any natural ways I can reduce or get rid of it?
You are definitely doing the right thing by staying hydrated and exercising, your general physical health actually makes a huge impact on your skin.
There a few things you can do to help get rid of your cellulite naturally, the first and probably most important thing is to do ‘toning’ exercises in the problem areas, where your cellulite is prominent. For example, doing exercises that work the outer thigh.
The problem is, exercising, good diet, and hydration can only take you so far. There are a lot of other methods and techniques for decreasing your cellulite, but the easiest and most practical one would be to combine cellulite massage (using either a special cellulite massager or your hands) and a cellulite cream.
I found a website that contains a few reviews of some of the more popular cellulite creams available, and a couple of them are available in free trials, I’ll put the website at the bottom here. Also, the site has an article section with a plethora of information on how to get rid of cellulite, so make sure to take a look.
I hope this helps.
