Why does KIM KARDASHIAN’s name come up when talking about cellulite?

Posted under cellulite forum by admin on Saturday 12 September 2009

Men may drool over her bikini body but that sort of attention is no longer insurance against gossiping about weight issues. Kim Kardashian is defending her figure yet again and proudly talking about her cellulite to Life & Style magazine. The self-proclaimed size 4 reality star says she doesn’t get the public’s obsession with her body shape and size. “If there’s a picture that’s not perfect, where I have cellulite, then people say I’m big. I’m built a a reality is that I look bigger on TV. In Hollywood, people are used to stick-skinny women, and that’s never going to be me.” A few more highlights from Kim’s interview: Kim on being a size 4: I don’t think people get how petite I am because I’m so curvy. I’m small and curvy. The No. 1 thing people ask when they meet me is, “Did you lose weight?” Kim on the fascination with her rear end: Sometimes I do. On the red carpet, the paparazzi scream for me to turn around because they just want butt shots. People feel so free to talk about my butt, and it’s not comfortable. Girls come up to me and grab my butt, or if I’m doing a TV interview, people ask on camera to squeeze my butt. It’s uncomfortable. I’m like, “Let’s move on. Everyone’s got a butt, why do you care about mine?” Kim on being honest about body issues: I’m so tired of people pretending they’re perfect and covering up things when in reality we are who and what we are. You can try to improve that, but the reality is, nobody’s perfect. Kim on her impact: I love it when people say I’ve inspired them to love their bodies and embrace who they are. It’s so satisfying to know my message is getting across. Please she is not a size 2… maybe if she didnt have those fake boobs and that plastic butt, maybe she was a size 2 before. She made the choice to put on the fake parts.. so there you go, plus she is the one always turning her butt around and posing with her fake butt stuck out and now she wants to know why folks obcess about! i feel it is time to get over her and her fake butt, if you gonna obcess do it over a a real natural big booty! Duh… the reason people talk about her body so much is SAHE DOES… Here she is on the cover talking .. :o h i have cellulite” blah blah blah.. who gives a damn , most women do and skinny women have it too, so it is not only a big girl thing!! She brings this attention on and she loves it because she has no other talent!! I mean none!!! I hire fit models for a clothing line. Her hips measure 40 inches which she said in this magazine/interview. That is typically a size 7/8. I think she likes to flaunt her ass and then play the innocent victim-that people run up and ask her to photograph her butt etc. Also, I don’t think she wears spanx like she once said. She makes it seem like, “I have a bigger lower body and I have to squeeze it all in” when deep down inside she likes the attention but TRIES YET FAILS to look humble about it. Not even in Latin America, where we all women have have natural curves have seen a body like that. Of course is fake, and of course she have a fake ass, and very exxagerated. Maybe she is size 4, because petite people use small sizes even if we are curvy (I am 4 and not precisely thin) Hollywood is all about being thin, and I can’t believe that a BIG ass like this have success. If it would be natural, it would be OK, like Shakira, who have enormous hips but look natural and proportioned. But believe me, I have a big ass too, but of course it is impossible to have those proportions (thin legs, incredibly enormous hips, and even more big ass??? Hello people, you should go to Brazil to see natural, real and beautiful big ass women) Have you seen her on juicy pants? Grotesque!!

How do I get rid of Cellulite?

How do I get rid of Cellulite?
Cellulite progresses through four stages and the sooner you begin to treat it, the more success you will have. Personally, I saw a great reduction in my cellulite when I made lifestyle changes like giving up smoking and excessive alcohol. I started movement training to better mobilize my muscles. As I improved my lifestyle, I minimized my cellulite. (When I gain weight, it comes back, though not nearly to the same degree.) To repair cellulite, you need to strengthen and hydrate your body’s cells and the connective tissue in your body. Here’s what will help: Go on a home detox diet. This means eating lots of fruits and leafy greens. Make them organic when possible. Avoid junk food, diet soda, processed food and saturated fats such as butter and animal fats.Avoid toxins like excessive alcohol and cigarettes.Drink a lot of water to hydrate your body and flush out toxins. Eight to ten glasses a day are recommended.Brush your skin daily, preferably before bathing. The best is a Tampico Skin Brush (compare prices) made with natural agave plant fiber. This simple technique stimulates blood and lymph flow, removes dead skin cells and encourages new cell growth. (Skin brushing is also inexpensive. You can get a good quality body brush for $6-$8. Maintain your healthiest weight. • Finish your daily shower with a cold rinse to tone your skin.Take Glucosamine supplements (Buy Direct), which helps your body repair the dermis and connective tissue. Find a spa that specializes in treating cellulite. Spa Montage in Laguna Beach, one of the best resort spas in the country , has treatments that address cellulite, including Algae Cellulite Massage, Clay Body Sculpting to improve the skin’s appearance, and Manual Lymph Drainage.Bathe in a comfortable, warm (not too hot!) seaweed bath to re-mineralize and increase circulation, ideally three times a week. When the cellulite is severe, avoid high-pressure massage so as not to damage lymphatic function and micro-circulation. Also avoid high-impact exercise.Apply an essential oil blend designed to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems to the back of your knees and at the top of your thighs near your bikini line. Naturopathica Deep Forest Bath and Body Oil(compare prices) is a good one. While regular treatment cannot completely rid the body of cellulite, it can help prevent further deterioration of the tissues and reduce both pain and swelling.

How do I get cellulite?

Posted under loreal cellulite by admin on Saturday 12 September 2009

There is no proven way to  rid you of cellulite, but there are many ways to prevent it and lessen its appearance. The first step in getting rid of cellulite is to prevent it, since there are many different factors that can cause the appearance of ripples. Eating a healthy diet with fresh fruits and vegetables is very important in reducing the appearance of cellulite, as well as keeping yourself healthy and at a healthy weight. Bad habits that can increase the appearance should also be avoided, such as smoking tobacco or wearing high heels on a regular basis. Tight clothing can also cause cellulite to appear, so try wearing loose and comfortable fitting clothing instead. Individuals with desk jobs may be more susceptible to cellulite since they are required to sit for long periods of time, so make sure you take a break every few hours to take a short walk. This will help to reduce cellulite, and also to keep your body active and in good condition. There is no proven way to get rid of cellulite, but there are many ways to prevent it and lessen its appearance. What is cellulite?

Posted under traitement cellulite by admin on Saturday 12 September 2009

Cellulite is something that concerns many women– that unsightly dimpling to the skin on hips, thighs, and buttocks that doesn’t actually cause any medical harm but many find ugly and would like to get rid of. There is still some debate on the topic (some people don’t think cellulite exists), but most experts agree that it’s a normal characteristic of females and that there is no effective treatment or cure. Still, some people swear by alternative treatments that the medical establishment claims don’t work. These range from drugs (including caffeine) and amino acids to herbal supplements and even radio frequency treatments and electricity. Unfortunately, none of these have been clinically proven; the only clinically-supported treatment for cellulite is to mask its appearance with support or compression garments (and that is merely cosmetic and does not actually get rid of cellulite). Radio frequency has actually been approved as safe by the FDA, but there is no evidence that this actually removes cellulite. Its approval is only for temporary masking, as the heat generated by the radio frequency can temporarily smooth cellulite. It’s important to realize that this is not a cure or even an effective treatment; it merely masks the condition much as a compression garment would. One very important fact to remember is that liposuction, or extracting fat from under the skin, has no effect on cellulite and can in fact make its appearance worse! This is part of the reason that getting rid of cellulite has stumped scientists for so long; it simply can’t be removed by normal methods.
