I work out alot but on my hips and ham strings i have cottage cheese and cellulite i was wondering what kind of cream i can put so it can go away or if i can make something nutral to because it doesnt go away no matter how hard i work out
i use cocoa butter firming lotion and occasionally dove firming and nourishing lotion – not sure about naturals though. cellulite’s stubborn stuff so i’m not sure if it’d work using naturals.
also: body brush. it’s the secret to working in the lotions and increasing circulation to shift cellulite.
