Before you have dinner, add in one more 10 minute bout. You will now be a fat burning machine and on your way to reducing the appearance of cellulite on your body. It’s that easy! Usually those type of body "slimming products" use caffeine which reduces slight amounts of water retention. So you will see a little improvement in the appearance of the cellulite, but nothing permanent.If you want my opinion you can save yourself a few bucks and drink lots of water and stay away from salty foods,soda and coffee which makes you retain water making cellulite worst.
