It requires A LOT of muscle, though. Generally, there is no way to get rid of cellulite. If you have it, even if you diet and lose fat, what’s left will still store in a certain way.

There are creams you can buy to tighten the skin. Any time the skin is tightened, the fat will be smoothed out somewhat. Again, building up the muscle layer underneath will help sandwich the fat between the new muscle and the skin, disguising the lumpiness somewhat.

If all else fails, you can get your cellulite sculpted away using liposuction or melted with a laser.

Okay alot of celebs and socialites are getting butt implants or fat injected into their butt. Something that Kim Kardashian got going on. I hear if you get fat injection it will make your butt look a lil more real. But I want to know if you get fat injection or butt implants can you still get stretch marks on your butt and cellulite or no?

yes, anytime you get any kind of artifical implants whether it’s for your breasts or butt. your going to have stretch marks due to the skin stretching to fit the implant. implants don’t last that long 10 years the maximum length. for instance when a women is pregnant. the skin stretches to accomadate the growing fetus. it’s the same with artifical implants. i know a friend who has breasts implants and you can see the stretch marks on the sides of her breasts where the skin stretch to accomadate the implants to sit comfy on her chest. fat injections only lasts for like 6 months and then you have to pay it have it done over and over again. i think it would be best to do exercises which are cheaper and alot more healthy. you need to be happy about the skin your in. hope i helped ya.
